We are looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Eagle Kia in Riverhead, NY. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to motivate a team, structure profitable deals, develop salespeople, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate the new car sales team
• Manage daily sales operations and ensure the team is meeting performance goals
• Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching
• Assist salespeople with customer negotiations and deal structure
• Oversee the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
• Monitor CRM activity, lead follow-up, appointments, and closing performance
• Work closely with the General Sales Manager and General Manager to achieve monthly sales and gross-profit objectives
• Review and approve deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle availability
• Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom traffic, appointments, and sales
• Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
• Maintain strong manufacturer and dealership standards
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations
• New Car Sales Manager Requirements
• Previous automotive sales management experience required
• Proven success leading a high-performing automotive sales team
• Strong knowledge of new vehicle sales and dealership operations
• Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
• Experience with CRM and dealership management systems
• Ability to analyze sales performance and take action to improve results
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets dealership requirements
• Availability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends
