As a   Site Account Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales of wear parts, spare parts, services, upgrades, and retrofits to mining customers located in and around   Parauapebas, Pará, in the northern region of Brazil . Solid experience in mining aftermarket sales is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships and developing long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Drive sales of spare parts, wear parts, upgrades, retrofits, and services in alignment with established targets.
• Develop market strategies and identify opportunities for growth in collaboration with Service Line Management and in alignment with regional priorities.
• Lead and coordinate technical and complex proposals, overseeing quotations that require detailed technical and commercial input.
• Implement pricing strategies tailored to market dynamics to achieve sales, profitability, and business objectives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and develop sales strategies to increase market share, including value propositions and ROI analyses that differentiate FLS.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize sales potential and support proposal development and execution.
• Maintain accurate and regular updates in the CRM system, including customer contacts, activities, appointments, leads, and opportunities.
• Take overall responsibility for achieving the sales targets and budget objectives assigned to your customer portfolio.
• Monitor market conditions, competitive dynamics, customer trends, and long-term customer needs.
• Work closely with sales colleagues, technical specialists, and other departments on product, service, technical, commercial, and pricing matters throughout proposal development and order execution.
• These responsibilities reflect a holistic approach to driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring strong technical and commercial performance.

What You Bring

• Residence in Parauapebas, Pará, is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in mining aftermarket sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment and aftermarket solutions.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Strong ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, results-driven sales environment.
