Executive Education at Mays Business School is growing, and we're looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about helping organizations solve complex business challenges. We work alongside faculty and business leaders to create research-informed, practical solutions that help organizations build leadership capability and improve performance. As we are growing our team, our immediate need is for an Associate Director, Custom Programs and Client Engagement . The associate director leads the design, development, and delivery of customized Executive Education programs while serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate clients. This position partners with faculty, organizational leaders, and client stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences that address business challenges and support organizational goals.

The Associate Director oversees client engagements from initial discovery through program execution and evaluation, ensuring exceptional service and long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

• An MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred for many leadership positions, although significant professional experience is equally valued.
• Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Leadership Studies, or a related field.
• Required Experience
• Eight or more years of professional experience in executive education, leadership development, organizational development, consulting, talent development, corporate learning, or a related field.
