Must have law firm experience, preferably in Criminal Defense law.

💰 Competitive $70,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Your Role

• Streamline operations to support growth.
• Serve as the owner's go-to for office administration.
• Organize and maintain office operations.
• Manage the firm’s calendar.
• Handle document collection and filing. Draft basic legal documents.
• Oversee client communications and phone support.
• Maintain office areas and systems.
• Develop systems and forms as needed.
• Guide clients through onboarding with clarity and care.
• Follow up on accounts receivable.
• Track task management throughout the firm.
• Process invoices and receipts in QuickBooks.
• Provide support to attorneys as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or its equivalent (required); college degree preferred.
• Law firm experience required.
• Law firm management experience is a plus; Criminal law office experience a plus; Law firm experience required.
• Clio software knowledge.
• QuickBooks - intermediate to advanced level skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proactive to solve problems and think ahead.
