As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Product Sales Manager to drive sales growth across our product portfolio, develop new customer relationships, and expand our presence in both existing and emerging markets.

The Role

The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities for Top Fenders' range of products and services.

The role will focus on building relationships with a broad range of customers, including:

• Port operators
• Terminal operators
• Shipping companies
• Offshore operators
• Vessel owners and managers
• EPC contractors
• Government organisations
• Defence and naval customers
• Marine service providers
• The successful candidate will develop sales opportunities, manage key accounts, and help position Top Fenders as a preferred supplier within the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across the product portfolio.
• Promote and sell: Marine fenders
• Floating and submarine hoses
• STS transfer equipment
• Mooring and berthing equipment
• Ancillary marine products
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across marine, offshore, port, energy, and defence sectors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Represent Top Fenders at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Account Management
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
• Maintain regular contact with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Commercial Activities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
• Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activity.
• Identify new markets and product opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to management to support strategic growth initiatives.
