About This Position $14/hr + $1000 new hire bonus The Dishwasher/Sanitation Worker is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of dishes, serveware and equipment. You will report to a Food Service Director. This position is located onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility. Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized. Maintain dishwashing station, sink and related areas cleaned.

Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management. Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks. Maintain excellent customer service. Follows Trinity Services Group safety procedures including proper food safety and sanitation. Ensure security of company assets. Other responsibilities as determined by our needs. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. 1-3 months prior work experience.

Demonstrate an understanding of basic sanitation procedures. Can follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Requires constant standing/walking. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
