Founding Technical Recruiter

About the Role

Paraform is disrupting how companies hire — and we're looking for someone to help us hire the best people to do it. We're looking for an experienced, high-powered Founding Technical Recruiter who lives and breathes talent and is an expert working with early stage and high growth startups. You'll primarily be focused on sourcing top 1% talent to join the Paraform team, driving a culture of excellence, and supporting the company with everything else hiring-related as we rapidly scale.

What You'll Do

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions
• Talent Strategy: Work with the founders and hiring managers to set our talent bar, hiring goals, candidate experience, and employer branding
• Talent Operations: Own candidate coordination, recruiting tools (including Paraform!), and continuously improve our hiring processes and structures
• People Ops: Have the option to own HR/People Ops in the interim on an as-needed basis
• Promote Paraform: Serve as a genuine ambassador for Paraform's mission — you should be able to speak credibly about our product, our market, and why the best candidates should want to work here

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles, ideally with time spent in-house at a high-growth startup
• Proven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market
• Deep sourcing chops — you're not waiting on inbound; you know how to find people and get them interested
• High ownership mentality and comfort operating without a playbook
• Builder mindset — excited to create process and structure where there isn't any
• Familiarity with the recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus (and genuinely interesting to us)

About Paraform

Paraform is the first end-to-end AI recruiting marketplace, modernizing one of the largest and most fragmented markets in the world: hiring. We connect companies with thousands of specialized recruiters and AI agents that work together to fill roles faster and more accurately.

We believe recruiting works best when human judgment is paired with AI that truly understands hiring. That's why we treat recruiters like entrepreneurs, not vendors, and build the financial, operational, and technical infrastructure that powers their success.

Industry leaders like Decagon, Palantir, Rippling, Abridge, and Hightouch hire through Paraform, and we grew revenue 8× last year. We're backed by Scale, Felicis, A*, BOND, Liquid 2, DST Global, and the founders of YouTube, Instacart, Canva, and more.

Our mission is to make hiring fast, reliable, and scalable for every company in the world. For more on where we're headed, read our company vision.
