VP Technology & Data

About Us

Atlas is built for oncologists by oncologists. We provide practices with the staff, contracts, and toolkit they need to deliver truly whole person care to their cancer patients. Our value-based approach to care delivery aligns incentives, offering patients better outcomes, payors guaranteed reduction in medical expense, and provider partners greater financial independence.

Role Overview

At Atlas, we believe every patient deserves personalized support navigating a complex cancer care system. The VP of Technology and Data will architect and manage the platform that makes that possible.

This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure in a fast-moving, start-up context. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, develop a technology and data roadmap, and execute alongside Atlas and partner oncology practice teams. In the immediate term, you will also act as an independent contributor / builder to support execution of the data and product strategy.

In addition to leading “data and insights as a product,” you will also be charged with recruiting and managing a team that supports daily technology operations and information security. Across these priorities, your mandate will be to accelerate adoption of AI tools by both the corporate and clinic-based teams.

• Partner-Facing
• Champion the technology vision internally, to the board, and to current and prospective partners.
• Serve as the face of Atlas technology with practice partners from diligence through implementation and run-rate operations.
• Support implementation for new payer and provider clients.
