- Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-facing solutions.
- Conduct customer research and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Lead products through the full lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and iteration.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement through data, customer insights, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams to design and deliver AI-enabled features, workflows, and user experiences.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create business and customer value through AI.
- Use AI tools to enhance product research, documentation, analysis, prototyping, and execution.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.

- Experience translating customer feedback and business goals into product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Active user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies in your day-to-day work.
- Preferred
- Experience building or managing AI-enabled product capabilities.
- Familiarity with technologies such as LLMs, conversational AI, workflow automation, RAG, or agent-based systems.
- Experience rapidly prototyping ideas using AI-powered, low-code, or no-code tools.
