What You’ll Do

• The CBS Sales Executive manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through proposal development and closing. You will build and grow a client base, develop recurring revenue opportunities, and identify additional facility service needs while establishing long-term relationships with business decision-makers throughout the Jacksonville market.

Key Responsibilities

• · Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals that result in new monthly sales.
• · Generate new business through field prospecting, outbound calls, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
• · Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and future sales opportunities.
• · Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and identifying prospective client needs.
• · Conduct client meetings, facility walkthroughs, and needs assessments.
• · Develop customized solutions and proposals based on each client’s facility service requirements.
• · Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business.
• · Build strong relationships with business owners, executives, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.
• · Identify additional Commercial Building Solutions opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• · Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and opportunity information within the CRM.
• · Consistently achieve established sales activity and revenue goals.
• · Identify and pass qualified Janitorial Services opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executive.
• · Work closely with operations and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after the sale.

Requirements

What We’re Looking Fo

2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.

Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales.

Strong hunter mentality with the motivation to build a territory and generate new opportunities.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to confidently communicate with business owners and senior-level decision-makers.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline.

Experience using CRM and sales technology.

Goal-oriented, competitive, accountable, and motivated by performance.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
