Your Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you'll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.
Your duties may include:
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Medication Reminders: Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
- Companionship: Spend quality time with clients through conversation and meaningful activities.
- Behavioral Support: Provide patient, respectful guidance and reassurance when needed.
- Light Housekeeping: Help keep the client's living space clean and organized.
- Safety & Comfort: Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
