We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals who are passionate about helping others.
What You'll Do
- As a Caregiver, you'll provide personal care and daily support to clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.
- Your responsibilities may include: Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
- Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders: Prepare meals, assist with feeding when needed, and provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
- Companionship: Provide meaningful conversation, companionship, and engaging activities.
- Behavioral Support: Offer patient, respectful guidance and reassurance when needed.
- Safety & Comfort: Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
- Light Housekeeping: Assist with keeping the client's living space clean and organized.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
