SCOPE/CONTACTS:

Incumbent has frequent contact with numerous Retail Finance dealers.  Contact will be face‑to‑face, by telephone and written communication.   This position reports to the Executive Vice President – Consumer Lending Manager and may receive guidance from the SVP of Consumer loans and work daily to service Retail Deals exclusively and to meet customer’s needs and provide a profit for Bank.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To make all types of Retail Finance Program credit decisions consistent with the quality and profitability standards of the Bank

Promote good customer relations.

Seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts.

Incumbent is responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct or indirect basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit and will manage other credit analyst and be held accountable for the terms extended on such credit

Incumbent will be trained in all aspects of Retail Finance including credit decisions, compliance, administrative functions, and establishing new relationships and build the Retail Finance Program

Incumbent will be trained to also manage administrative functions that pertain to the RFP including contract maintenance, credit decisions, loan worksheets and dealer files.

This position is guided by the Bank's policies, procedures and lending limits.

Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• ·         Accounting, Business, or finance degree required
• ·         This position normally requires a minimum of 4 years in banking.
• ·         Thorough working knowledge and use of credit analysis and loan documentation, bank operations, and business development skills Excellent communication and human relation skills also required.
• ·         Incumbent should be seasoned in consumer and retail lending, marketing, and management.
