We're hiring a Dealer Services Specialist II to join our team at Manheim , part of the Cox Automotive family.

What You'll Do:
- ✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer clients
- ✅ Build strong customer relationships and provide consultative support
- ✅ Assist dealers through the auction and vehicle sales process
- ✅ Support sale day activities and represent dealer accounts
- ✅ Provide guidance on vehicle pricing, valuations, and reconditioning opportunities
- ✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vehicles are ready for auction
- ✅ Deliver solutions and create a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- ✔ 3+ years of related customer service, sales support, automotive, auction, or dealership experience
- ✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ✔ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- ✔ Auction or dealership experience is a plus
- ✔ Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
