This position combines brand strategy, creative leadership, and hands-on design execution, overseeing a team of designers while contributing to high-priority projects.

- Develop templates and design systems that enable non-designers to create brand-compliant materials.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Ceros or similar interactive design platforms, or the ability to learn quickly.
