Looking for a flexible caregiving opportunity where you can make a difference while having the potential for additional hours down the road? Phoenix Home Care is hiring dependable and compassionate caregivers for awake overnight shifts in St. Charles and surrounding communities throughout St. Charles County.

This opportunity is starting on a PRN/Part-Time basis, providing client support as needs arise. As client needs grow throughout the area, there is potential for this opportunity to develop into a more consistent position with additional hours.

Our preference is for caregivers who reside in St. Charles County, allowing them to stay close to the clients they serve and be available as local needs arise.

What You'll Do

• You'll provide in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent throughout the night, including:
• Assisting with personal care
• Providing support with overnight routines and needs
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Offering companionship and reassurance
• Remaining awake and attentive throughout the overnight shift

What We Offer

• $18-20 per hour
• Weekly direct deposit
• Shift differential for any hours worked on weekends

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Pass a background check and drug test
