The Role
Partner with our Account Managers to run day-to-day delivery for a set of client accounts: keeping clients informed, recruiters on track, and data clean. Over time, you’ll grow into owning accounts and leading a team of your own.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact and join or lead weekly check-ins.
- Submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback.
- Quality-check recruiter submittals and track activity against billable hours.
- Turn kickoff and intake calls into organized launches: job ad, interview template, and hiring plan.
- Keep ATS records accurate in real time and complete weekly updates on deadline.
- Spot risks and broken processes early and suggest a fix.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of account management or client services experience in staffing, RPO, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with an ATS and job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Experience running multi-step projects with owners and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized, comfortable in multiple systems at once, and proficient in Microsoft 365.
- A reliable remote setup and availability during client business hours.
- Nice to have: experience in RPO or agency recruiting, or exposure to the trades, home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), or manufacturing.
