New Vanderbilt Rehab & Nursing is a 320-bed healthcare facility focused on subacute post-hospital care, respiratory services, and long-term nursing care. Our team supports residents with attentive, high-quality care across a range of clinical and support functions, helping patients and families navigate important stages of recovery and long-term wellness.
This job fair is an opportunity to explore a variety of roles within our care environment, including positions that contribute directly to patient care, respiratory support, dietary services, and resident engagement. Across these opportunities, you will play a meaningful part in supporting daily operations and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a setting where collaboration, communication, and attention to detail matter.
Job Fair is being held at New Vanderbilt Rehab & Nursing in Staten Island, NY on Wednesday, November 11th from 10AM to 4PM. Snacks and light refreshment will be available.
Now hiring:
- LPN: $45/hr (2+ years of LTC experience, no new grads)
- CNA: $24/hr (active state CNA license)
- Respiratory Therapist: $55/hr
- Dietary Supervisor: $27/hr
- Dayroom Attendant: $18/hr
Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, weekly pay, sick pay, holiday pay, and overtime pay.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment and nursing plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to clinical leadership.
- Deliver respiratory treatments and manage respiratory equipment safely and accurately.
- Supervise dietary operations while maintaining sanitation and regulatory compliance standards.
- Support residents in dayroom activities while maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or respiratory care.
- Knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements in care settings.
- Experience providing resident-facing care or support in a healthcare setting.
