About TWO12
TWO12 | GOLFTEC Events is an experiential marketing agency specializing in sports, with a primary concentration in golf. We partner with top brands, rights holders, and properties to design and deliver live activations and hospitality environments at premier competitive events.
We operate as an end-to-end agency, with our own fabrication facility and warehouse. We do not outsource our builds. Everything we sell is designed, drawn, and fabricated in house, then installed on site by the same team that built it, which means the person who builds a piece is the person who sees whether it performs in the field.
The Bigger Team You'll Join
TWO12 | GOLFTEC Events is featured at a plethora of PGA Tour events and Major Championships, including The Players, The Masters, PGA Championship, Tour Championship and more!
The Role
The Event Fabricator builds scenic and structural elements in our shop and travels with those builds to support installation, on-site problem solving, and load-out during the active season. This dual responsibility gives the position direct visibility into how builds perform in the field.

- Maintain shop cleanliness, tool condition, material inventory accuracy, and safety standards
- Field installation
- Travel to event sites to set, level, assemble, rig, and finish builds
- Perform field modifications and on-site fabrication as site conditions require
