This role manages a portfolio of global initiatives across Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Asia-Pacific, serving as the loyalty product lead and accountable for driving initiatives from conception to definition, execution and measurement. The role works closely with regional marketing and commercial teams, the International Operations Team, Finance, Privacy, Legal, and Technology to turn regional needs into delivered results, while leveraging data and analytics to prioritize and

Support the Sr. Manager in presenting performance and trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Make data-based decisions: set goals and measures for each initiative, report on enrollment, engagement, and loyalty revenue by region, and be willing to recommend changes based on evidence.
- Identify promotional needs based on international loyalty performance and segment needs.
- Program and Process Management
- Able to draft clear business requirements and create compelling business cases to support project and promotion requests, and present them to senior leaders and Technology partners for prioritization and funding.
- Manage a portfolio of International initiatives from request through launch and results, building repeatable, scheduled programs with clear owners and timelines.
