Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment?

TFT Global (USA) Inc. is looking for a Distribution & Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, develop employees, support customers, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, solving operational challenges, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll work closely with plant leadership, customers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations
• Schedule and manage staffing to support customer requirements
• Coach, develop, and lead supervisors and frontline employees
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in corrective action processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
• Monitor operational KPIs and performance objectives
• Manage inventory, logistics, and customer service requirements
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges
• Conduct incident investigations and support corrective actions
• Ensure preventive maintenance processes are followed
• Support strategic operational initiatives and business objectives

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of supervisory or operations leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations environments
• Intermediate computer skills and experience using business systems
• Experience managing employee performance and development
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Preferred
• Post-secondary education
• Distribution, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing leadership experience
• ISO experience
• Continuous improvement or Lean experience
• Safety leadership experience
• Inventory and logistics management experience
• Multi-shift operational leadership experience
