Rise Internet is growing across Texas, and we’re building a brand new team in Austin. We’re hiring Field Sales Representatives who want a real career, steady base pay, and the chance to earn more as they grow. You don’t need sales experience. If you’re friendly, motivated, and ready to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll help neighbors get something they actually need: fast, reliable internet in areas where many people only have one so-so option. That makes your conversations easier and more rewarding.

What you’ll do

• Meet people in assigned Austin-area neighborhoods and share how Rise Internet can improve their service
• Explain our offers and answer questions
• Manage your own territory and routes
• Work toward daily and monthly goals alongside a supportive team
• Track your activity in our sales tools (full training provided, no software experience needed)

How you’ll earn

Base salary: Steady pay while you learn the pitch and build your daily routine. [Insert amount or range]

Uncapped commission: The more customers you help, the more you earn. There’s no ceiling.

What we’re looking for

• A positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn
• Comfort talking with people and working toward goals
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car allowance provided)
• Willingness to work outdoors in Texas weather
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Our team includes former bartenders, coaches, athletes, military members, retail workers, and sales pros from solar, pest control, and security.
