First Citizens Equipment Finance is a full-service, vendor-centric lending/leasing business unit. FCB EF provides a wide array of lending and leasing products/solutions to customers ranging in size from small/medium businesses to enterprise entities through its affiliation/alignment with OEM equipment vendors, their distributors, resellers, and dealers.
This position provides support to the Equipment Finance Collateral Monitoring Team. The Collateral Monitoring Team is responsible for ensuring that all assets are properly secured for the duration of the term. This position is expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail, analyze facts, and make sound decisions for the Bank.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Business Proficiency -
- Develops a basic understanding of the diverse business lines that are supported by the Equipment Finance Collateral Monitoring Team.
- Service & Support -
This position will support the lien securitization efforts including but not limited to inbound outbound calls to both Customers and Sellers and Identifies opportunities for process improvement and may participate in the implementation of those ideas.
Reporting -
Assists in gathering specific data points and information for the purpose of producing weekly and monthly reports.
Compliance -
Complies with all applicable federal, state, local and bank rules and regulations.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and 1 years of experience in Customer Service
Additional Requirements:
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Advanced attention to detail
- Ability to work and interact with all departments throughout the organization
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while continually maintaining a positive attitude and promoting teamwork across departments
Preferred Experience:
- Retail and/or Hospitality experience
- Documentation experience including but not limited to legal documentation
- Servicing experience
- Titling/Dealership experience
- Banking and/or Finance industry experience
