Schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls for existing clients. No cold calling, weekly pay, and room to grow into work with our financial advisors.
What you'll do
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule delivery appointments and follow-up calls
- Follow up with clients who haven't responded
- Invite clients to share honest feedback through Google reviews
- Keep appointment records and call notes accurate
What you get
- $16/hour plus a $25 employee bonus per Google review (eligibility requirements apply)
- Weekly W-2 pay, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, no evenings or weekends

- Training and a path to work directly with financial advisors
What you need
1+ year of appointment-setting, call-center, or phone-based customer service experience
A clear, friendly phone manner and strong organization
Location: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL. On-site only.
