- Take Your Dialysis Experience to the Next Level
Are you an experienced Dialysis Biomedical Technician or Field Service Technician looking for an opportunity to do something different?
At Quanta Dialysis Technologies, we're changing the way dialysis is delivered. Our innovative technology is designed to make dialysis treatment more flexible, accessible, and easier to deliver for patients and healthcare providers.
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Service Technician based in Southern California to help bring our dialysis technology to healthcare facilities across the country.
If you've spent your career maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting dialysis equipment and are ready to take your expertise beyond the traditional clinic environment, this could be a great next step.
Rather than working on the same equipment in the same facility every day, you'll travel to customer sites, install and service innovative dialysis systems, solve technical challenges, and work directly with healthcare teams who rely on our technology.
You'll be joining a collaborative, fast-moving team where your technical experience matters, your work has a direct impact, and no two days are exactly the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- As a Field Service Technician, you'll play an important role in ensuring Quanta's dialysis systems are installed, maintained, and operating reliably for our customers.
- Install, configure, and support dialysis systems at hospitals, dialysis clinics, and other healthcare facilities across the United States.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, diagnose technical issues, and complete component replacements, upgrades, and system modifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, building relationships, and responding professionally to customer needs.
- Support new equipment deployments, including equipment setup, movement, configuration, and readiness checks.
- Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in accordance with company quality and regulatory requirements.
- Manage assigned spare parts, tools, service equipment, and inventory.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and successful equipment installations.
- Follow established health, safety, and regulatory procedures while working in healthcare environments.
- Why Join Quanta?
- Work With Innovative Technology
- Take your dialysis equipment experience beyond traditional clinic maintenance and work with technology designed to change how dialysis care is delivered.
- Make a Meaningful Impact
- The equipment you install, maintain, and repair directly supports healthcare providers delivering essential, life-changing treatments to patients.
- Take Ownership of Your Work
- Enjoy the independence of working in the field, solving technical challenges, and building relationships with customers across the country.
- Be Part of Something Different
- Join a team bringing new technology into the dialysis industry. We're looking for people who enjoy learning, solving problems, taking initiative, and making a difference.
- Put Your Experience to Work
- We value practical experience. If you've developed strong technical skills working on dialysis equipment, we want to hear from you.
