The Associate Vice President, Provider Lifecycle and Product Management will lead the development and activation of an enterprise provider lifecycle framework across the Insurance Segment. This leader will partner across provider operations, network, clinical, technology, analytics, digital, finance, legal, and compliance teams to define the future-state provider experience and establish a shared vision for how Humana engages, supports, and grows provider relationships throughout the lifecycle.
Serving as an enterprise integrator, the Associate Vice President will build alignment around strategic priorities, clarify decision rights, connect work across organizational boundaries, and help accelerate the delivery of capabilities that improve provider experience and business outcomes. This leader will identify opportunities to simplify fragmented experiences, align investments to the greatest provider and enterprise value, and drive accountability for measurable results.
The Associate Vice President will establish and oversee the provider experience product operating model, creating a common way of working across product teams embedded within business functions throughout the organization. This leader will ensure teams operate with consistent product management disciplines, governance, prioritization practices, outcome measures, and decision-making frameworks that enable effective execution and sustainable value delivery.
Supported by a small team focused on provider lifecycle strategy, product management excellence, governance, and outcome measurement, the Associate Vice President will facilitate enterprise prioritization, improve visibility across product investments and roadmaps, identify cross-functional dependencies, and ensure consistent adoption of the product operating model.
This leader will establish measures that demonstrate the impact of product investments on provider experience, operational efficiency, data quality, affordability, and business performance, while helping product teams translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
