Production Associate - CNC Die-Cut Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift!

Monday - Friday - 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00

Overview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely according to company policies
• Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved
• Cross train and assist in other departments as required

Requirements

• To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding: Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Education: HS Diploma
• Skills: Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail
• Characteristics: Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results
