- “I can succeed as a Digital Product Manager at Capital Group.”
As a Digital Product Manager on our Digital Identity team, you’ll help shape secure, reliable, and user-friendly identity experiences for Capital Group’s clients and associates globally. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, security, compliance, data, and business partners to translate identity and access needs into intuitive products and features that protect people and information.
Define product goals, success measures, and near-term roadmaps for assigned digital identity workstreams.
Gather customer and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities across login, authentication, account recovery, identity verification, and access experiences.
Translate business, customer, identity, and security needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, supporting sprint planning, dependency management, delivery tracking, testing, release readiness, and post-launch issue resolution.
Help evolve identity management capabilities while building familiarity with standards and integration patterns such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, and APIs.
Balance security, privacy, accessibility, usability, operational resilience, and regulatory requirements when making product decisions.
Use analytics, operational data, experimentation, and user feedback to measure performance, reduce friction, and continuously improve the product roadmap.
Build alignment across engineering, design, security, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and business teams, clearly communicating product decisions and trade-offs.
“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”
You have 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product operations, engineering, or related discipline.
You have experience translating customer, business, or technical needs into actionable requirements and sound product decisions.
You have managed a backlog or delivery workstream within an Agile or similar product development environment.
You can bring structure to complex initiatives by clarifying scope, sequencing work, aligning stakeholders, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
You use data, customer feedback, and structured reasoning to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and influence outcomes in a matrixed organization.
You bring an interest in digital identity, authentication, cybersecurity, privacy, or access management; experience with identity platforms, financial services, regulated environments, AI-enabled products, or tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, and product analytics is a plus.
