About the Engagement:

We are seeking a temporary team member to provide Sales Operations support for approximately six months. Services will include order management, ERP transaction review, customer coordination, and related operational activities. The Specialist will coordinate with designated internal teams and external partners to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Scope of Services:

· Accurately enter and update orders and related information in inventory and distribution systems.

· Work directly with customers and internal departments for order tracking and adjustments as needed.

· Retrieve sales orders from customer portals and enter them into the ERP system.

· Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal shipping teams to support order fulfillment.

· Follow applicable industry regulations and U.S. and international trade requirements.

· Secure necessary certificates for international trade from various government entities.

· Coordinate with internal departments to review and provide required compliance documentation.

· Maintain accurate ERP records and related process documentation.

· Must be able to work independently and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.

· Ability to work independently and proficiency with ERP systems.

Requirements

• · 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, and customer service operations.
• · Hands-on proficiency in entering and maintaining sales orders in an ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar), including order changes, holds, and transaction review.
• · Experience retrieving orders from customer or distributor portals and EDI platforms and reconciling them against ERP records.
• · Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high order volumes accurately against fixed shipping and documentation deadlines.
• · Clear, professional communicator comfortable working with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
