2nd Shift Service Operator

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB :

To service yarn department by supplying with yarn, and supplies.

DESCRIPTION :

Drive fork and squeeze hysters to perform needed job duties.

Supply yarn department with yarn and supplies as needed.

Keep waste records.

Make shipping tickets. Service hyster by recharging battery and by performing any needed maintenance.

Will be required to obtain a Lift Truck Operator's License through a company-sponsored class.

Any other duties as directed by the supervisor.

NEEDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Good eyesight, hearing, and motor skills.

Prior experience driving a lift truck.

Ability to read tickets.

Ability to make tickets for yarn.

Ability to operate wrap station.

Ability to key data in the terminals.
