This position is responsible for all assigned tasks related to monitoring the ACM and CM make for both phase cookers including but not limited to; vat pasteurizers, analyzing equipment.

Ensure the correct addition & documentation of ingredients including but not limited to: Salt, NFDM, cream, UF, vinegar, rennet, starter buffer, cultures.

Record & interpret data to make informed decisions and / or recommendations for optimum cheese making conditions.

Clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions.

Perform assigned Master Sanitation duties.

Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Keeps Food Safety as a top priority all times.

Promptly reports any unsafe working conditions.

Demonstrates good interpersonal communication skills.

Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)

Demonstrates integrity in all business activities with employees, visitors and vendors.

Comply with all quality & food safety systems and regulatory requirements.

Reliable and available to work overtime or holidays as required.

Performs other duties as required.

• Job Requirements
• Cheese making experience preferred
• Must possess a valid California State Pasteurizer License or have the ability to pass the exam within six months of starting in the position

Pay Range: $31.60 - $37.23
