Stafford Gray is looking for a senior developer to own and support a mission-critical master person index platform for a public-sector client in the health and human services space. The platform is built on IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard Edition (Virtual MDM). It feeds identity data to several major enterprise applications through Kafka-based integrations.

- Develop and support Kafka producers, consumers, and topics, and troubleshoot message flow between Kafka, WildFly, and MDM.
- Deploy, configure, and support WildFly applications in Linux, cloud, and OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Write and optimize SQL in Oracle and SQL Server, working closely with DBAs.
- Build Bash and PowerShell automation and maintain CRON-scheduled batch jobs.
- Create and deploy certificates on Windows and Linux, and coordinate with server and network teams on maintenance and issue resolution.
- Own the full SDLC: requirements, functional and technical specs, test plans, UAT support, change requests, and system documentation.
- Monitor production and non-production environments, resolve tickets, and produce monthly platform reports.
