Employer Job Description
From Real Gaming's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Real Gaming is Nevada's licensed online gaming operator, based in Las Vegas, building and running our own technology for regulated online gaming. Our business partners run on our platform, and this role exists so that each partner has one person who knows their business, answers the phone, sees the numbers first, and gets things done inside our company on their behalf.
You are the single accountable contact for an enterprise business partner. You own their outcomes, you live in their data, and you coordinate our internal teams so that what was promised gets delivered. This is an outcomes job, not a ticket queue: you will be measured on adoption, activity, revenue and retention metrics agreed with the partner and hit on time. The role starts fractional, about 20 to 25 hours a week, and can grow to full-time as we add partners.
The work is done AI-first. You use Claude and similar tools every day for analysis, drafting, call summaries, reporting and routine follow-up, so one person can carry what used to take a team.
What you will own
The partner relationship end to end: onboarding plan, weekly cadence, quarterly business reviews, escalations and renewal readiness. One named contact, reachable through the partner's business hours.
Outcomes in numbers: define success metrics with the partner, build the dashboards and reports that show them, and act on what the data says before the partner has to ask.
Internal coordination on the partner's behalf: turn partner needs into clear requests for product, engineering, marketing and design, track them to completion, report back. Nothing falls between chairs.
Marketing and graphics deployment: brief, coordinate and QA the creative and campaign assets the partner needs from us, keep them on brand and on schedule, and confirm they went live and performed.
Data work: pull reports, reconcile numbers, spot anomalies, and present findings in plain language with a recommendation attached.
Documentation: partner playbooks, meeting notes, decision logs and status anyone on our side could pick up.
Hours and structure
Fractional to start: about 20 to 25 hours a week, with core hours during the partner's business hours and reachability for genuine issues. Las Vegas based: primarily remote, with in-person partner, customer and management meetings as the work requires. 1099 contract to start. As we add partners, the role can grow to full-time. The interview process includes a short practical exercise on a sample partner dataset and a mock partner review.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years in customer success, account management or technical account management at a B2B SaaS or platform company serving enterprise accounts, with outcomes you were held to and can name.
- Highly technical: you understand APIs, webhooks, data feeds and integrations well enough to read the docs and logs, diagnose a broken integration alongside an engineer, and explain the fix to a partner in plain language.
- Comfortable in the data: advanced spreadsheets and a BI or dashboard tool (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI or similar). You pull your own numbers and read a report critically.
- Hands-on technical work of some kind that you did yourself: for example SQL queries, scripts, testing APIs in Postman, building automations (Zapier, Make, CRM workflows), setting up integrations or tracking, or building tools with AI. No single tool required; show us what you have built or fixed.
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude in your working routine, and the ability to show what you do with them.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery, including creative or marketing assets, against deadlines.
- Clear written and spoken communication, calm under escalation, bias toward fixing rather than reporting.
- Based in the Las Vegas area, or relocating before your start date.
- Authorized to work in the US. Background check as appropriate for a regulated operator.
- Helpful but not required
- Industry experience in technical B2B SaaS where partners integrate with your platform: payments and fintech, adtech, martech and customer-data platforms, telecom and communications APIs, e-commerce and marketplace platforms, data and analytics SaaS, or healthcare IT.
- A background as a technical account manager, solutions engineer or implementation lead.
- A working understanding of marketing (acquisition, promotions, lifecycle messaging) and hands-on experience with outcomes in consumer (B2C) apps, such as installs, activation, retention and in-app engagement, so your advice to a partner comes from having seen it work.
- CRM or success platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, ChurnZero) and a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Jira).
Benefits
- $4,000-$5,000 per month for about 20-25 hours a week, on a 1099 contract to start, based on experience.
- Room to grow into a full-time role as we add partners.
- One partner, not a 30-account book: depth over volume.
- Direct access to leadership and to an in-house AI/API platform; small team, many hats, decisions made quickly and written down.
