Cura of Le Sueur is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! We have full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available to accommodate a variety of schedules.
We are offering walk-in interviews for interested applicants on November 18th from 10am-3pm! No appointment is necessary. Simply stop by our facility to meet our team, learn more about our available positions, and explore opportunities to grow your career in healthcare.

Requirements
- Must hold a current, active Minnesota CNA certification, LPN license, or RN license, as applicable to the position.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to follow facility policies, procedures, and resident care plans.
- Must meet applicable background study and employment eligibility requirements.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
