Employer Job Description
From Aristocrat's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
At Aristocrat, we believe in bringing happiness to life through the power of play. As a leading provider of gaming content and technology, we craft the future of the gaming industry with our innovative products and world-class team. Join us as the Senior Director, AI Products & Enablement. Lead a small but mighty team to turn AI capabilities into scalable business workflows that drive measurable value. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of redefining work through AI.
Work closely with leaders across the globe to ensure our AI initiatives deliver significant business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Gaming AI and intelligent-automation portfolio, including opportunity intake, prioritization, investment recommendations, and executive reporting to the Gaming leadership team.
- Own the AI workflow-product lifecycle and stage gates (Frame, Build, Prove, Scale, Realize, Evolve), making evidence-based recommendations to scale, remediate, transfer, or retire each product.
- Deliver the first two major Quote-to-Cash AI products, passionate about first-time-right order entry and invoice accuracy and explainability, with seller efficiency as a cross-cutting outcome.
- Ensure every material product has a named business benefit owner, a measurable baseline, an adoption plan, and Finance-validated benefits before it scales.
- Manage the cadence for workflow economics, AgentOps, capacity reinvestment, and workforce-readiness reviews, measuring value at the completed-work level rather than by hours saved or token cost alone.
- Establish Scrum rigor and delivery rhythm during the team's formation, and lead enterprise dependencies across Group AI, Group IT, Enterprise Data, and functional process owners.
- Partner with Group IT to maintain architecture standards, security, production environments, and reliability with Technology, and with Group AI to align to enterprise policy, approved platforms, and responsible-AI standards.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on human-AI work development, defining which tasks are human-led, AI-assisted, or AI-executed, and on fair, clear workforce transitions.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team, setting clear goals, accountability, and a culture of measurable outcomes over technology novelty.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field; MBA or a relevant master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, product management, or technology-enabled operations, including at least 5 years leading teams.
- Consistent track record of taking AI, automation, or analytics solutions from pilot into production at scale with detailed business outcomes.
- Experience running a stage-gated investment portfolio with arguments, benefit tracking, and Finance validation of outcomes.
- Solid understanding of enterprise AI platforms and agentic patterns (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Salesforce Agentforce) and of AI governance and responsible-AI practices.
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash, CRM, or ERP processes (Salesforce and ERP environments preferred).
- Validated ability to influence senior executives and lead across matrixed, global organizations without direct authority.
- Strong financial competence, including return on investment, TCO, payback, and unit-economics analysis.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- This job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity. All final content, role requirements and hiring decisions remain subject to human review and approval by Aristocrat.
