Requirements
- Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
- Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants.
- Confirm scheduled appointments. • Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members
- Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center
- Experience & Skills: Customer service/phone presence.
- Ability to type at least 50 WPM. • Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and positive under pressure.

Benefits
This position is a entry-level, full-time role that offers $16.50/hour + bonus (~$18-$19/hour). We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States; however, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
