Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B)” team in Tukwila, Washington, San Antonio, Texas, or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma .

Position Responsibilities:

• Measures key performance indicators
• Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources
• Prepares reports
• Reviews procurement/planning systems
• Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
• Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation

Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.

Communicates project objectives and activities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 3 or more years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting
• 3 or more years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3 or more years of experience with government proposals
• 3 or more years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts
• Typical Education/Experience: Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
