Partner with GCC and U.S. leaders to address systemic challenges and implement balanced improvements. Provide clear updates to leadership regarding capacity, risks, trends, unresolved issues, and progress against agreed actions.
Support change initiatives that affect GCC and U.S. teams by helping partners understand expectations, impacts, and responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct reporting authority. Ability to assess workload, capacity, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for team members, managers, and senior leaders.
Proven track record to navigate ambiguity, coordinate across functions, and move issues from identification through resolution. Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-through on actions, commitments, and escalations. Ability to balance partnership and diplomacy with clear expectations and accountability.
