Employer Job Description
From NVIDIA's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s motivated by great technology—and outstanding people. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent.
As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world! We are the Retail and CPG Industry team at NVIDIA, and we are looking for a senior business development leader to fine-tune and implement our Supply Chain strategy — one of our three strategic pillars.
We are building a rich ecosystem of ISVs, AI natives, and GSI/SI partners that are redefining how goods move by crafting digital twins of warehouses and distribution centers with physical AI (NVIDIA Omniverse for physics-based simulation, robotics, computer vision and agentic AI). You will scale our supply chain offering for retailers and CPGs with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing stack and supply chain blueprints, and turn our leadership in physical AI into leadership in AI for supply chain.
Does helping us grow a business to billions of dollars sound like the next chapter of your career?
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and scale NVIDIA’s Supply Chain strategy into a multi-billion-dollar business.
- Build and grow the ISV and partner ecosystem, driving integration, co-sell motions, and revenue.
- Lead global GTM initiatives across AI-native, ISV, NCP, CSP, and OEM partners.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to win lighthouse accounts and demonstrate the value of cuOpt, Physical AI, and Agentic AI.
- Shape product strategy through customer insights, strategic alliances, and industry engagement.
What we need to see
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
15+ overall years in highly technical business development or supply chain leadership at major retail or technology companies or high-growth startups.
5+ years using AI to drive supply chain innovation across Retail and CPG.
A record of developing and implementing sophisticated strategies that deliver top-line growth and open new revenue streams across emerging technologies.
Deep understanding of supply chain challenges, plus the technical acumen to drive adoption of NVIDIA libraries — the kind of subject matter expertise that builds markets rather than follows them.
Experience architecting and delivering end-to-end solutions, from business case development and GTM strategy through sales enablement and ecosystem activation.
Able to travel up to 30% for conferences, ecosystem events and customer meetings.
Strong communication, with experience articulating vision, influencing executives, and representing a company through thought leadership and ecosystem partnerships.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
10+ years proven experience in AI, ML, data science, and immersive technologies, applying advanced solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
Entrepreneurial leader in Retail and CPG, known for driving alignment, clarity, and execution in complex, evolving environments.
Proven experience building global strategic partnerships and influencing executive customers across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.
NVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world’s most desirable employers! We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us, and if you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
