• Required Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years of directly relevant professional experience in your area of specialization.

Recognized professional credentials, certifications, advanced qualifications, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.

Demonstrated success in career development, organizational leadership, or workplace strategy.

Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and professional judgment.

Ability to translate complex professional challenges into actionable guidance.

Relevant Professional Credentials

ICF ACC, PCC, MCC, CPCC, CCSP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, organizational psychology qualifications, or equivalent professional credentials.

We also welcome accomplished senior executives and business leaders with extensive firsthand people-management and organizational leadership experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver focused, private virtual Sessions lasting up to 60 minutes.
• Help clients navigate career decisions, workplace challenges, and leadership transitions.
• Provide evidence-informed strategies, professional resources, and actionable next steps.
• Develop Session offerings within your specialty.
• Create practical takeaways, including career roadmaps, leadership action plans, and workplace communication strategies.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries.
