• Required Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years of directly relevant professional experience in your area of specialization.

Recognized professional credentials, certifications, licenses, or equivalent demonstrated expertise appropriate to your specialty.

Extensive experience supporting individuals through coaching, wellness education, nutrition education, or related professional services.

Demonstrated expertise in evidence-informed educational and behavior-change approaches.

Strong communication skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, and professional judgment.

Ability to translate complex personal challenges into practical, actionable guidance.

Commitment to operating within Sam's nonclinical educational and coaching framework.

• NBC-HWC — National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach
• LMFT — Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Equivalent recognized coaching, behavioral wellness, or stress-management education qualifications
• Nutrition & Wellness
• RD/RDN — Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
• CNS — Certified Nutrition Specialist
• Equivalent appropriately recognized nutrition qualifications

Professional credentials must be directly relevant to the selected specialty. General coaching experience does not, by itself, establish professional nutrition qualifications.

What You'll Do

• Deliver focused, private virtual Sessions lasting up to 60 minutes.
• Provide evidence-informed education, practical tools, and trusted resources.
• Help clients navigate competing responsibilities, mindset challenges, and wellness priorities.
• Develop focused Session offerings within your area of specialization.
• Create actionable takeaways including prioritization frameworks, habit-building tools, wellness resources, and practical planning strategies.
• Help clients identify achievable next steps and sustainable routines.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.

• This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not traditional employment. U.S.-based Experts participate under 1099 arrangements.
• Experts set their own Session rates within platform guidelines and are compensated for completed client bookings. Bookings and earnings are not guaranteed. Full marketplace terms are provided during the selection process.
• Sam provides educational guidance, coaching, and practical resources—not psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis or treatment, medical care, or individualized medical nutrition therapy.
