Are you the person who fixes things before anyone asks? 315 LLC is hiring a hands-on maintenance and operations assistant to keep our office and properties running smoothly. This is not a desk job, and no two days are the same. You'll work on repairs, help with renovation projects, and learn to run our laser engraving machine.
What You'll Do
- Handle general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, painting, drywall, doors, and fixtures
- Assist with office renovations, construction, and property improvements
- Help maintain our office and properties
- Learn to operate our laser engraving machine for custom projects
- Coordinate outside contractors when specialized work is needed
- Pick up materials and supplies, and keep tools and work areas in order
- Track your projects and keep us updated on progress, including photos by text or email

We're an established healthcare technology and revenue cycle management company in Macon, Georgia. This role supports the physical side of our business: our office and the properties connected to it. We value people who take ownership of their work and aren't afraid to learn something new.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or similar hands-on trades
- Mechanical aptitude and a knack for figuring things out
- Ability to work independently and manage your own day
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with basic technology (texting, email, taking photos)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (pickup truck)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and do physical work
