Drive marketing decisions with data. As a Marketing Analyst, you will analyze customer behavior, evaluate campaign performance and uncover opportunities to improve how Uline reaches customers and invests in marketing. Apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to develop recommendations that influence marketing strategy for our extensive selection of shipping, industrial and packaging products.

Position Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted resource for Uline's Marketing team, turning customer and campaign data into recommendations that guide business decisions.
Analyze marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities that support business growth and improve campaign effectiveness.
Partner with channel owners and stakeholders to evaluate strategies, challenge assumptions and solve business problems.
Improve reporting processes through automation, making it easier to analyze results and communicate insights.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer behavior to help inform marketing strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in business, marketing or data analytics or a related field a plus.
Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and analytical tools such as R or Python is preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools, such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar a plus.
