The Role
As the Sr. Retail Visual Specialist – UGG East, you’ll bring the UGG brand to life across an assigned portfolio of retail locations in the East North America region. You’ll translate global and North America visual direction and commercial priorities into elevated, locally relevant experiences that strengthen brand storytelling, create consistency, and support business performance.
Serving as a regional extension of the Retail Visual Merchandising organization, you’ll partner closely with Store Managers, District Managers, and cross-functional teams to lead seasonal initiatives, store rotations, windows, interiors, product launches, openings, remodels, and special projects. Based primarily at a designated flagship store, you’ll travel throughout your assigned region to elevate execution, leverage business insights, and build visual merchandising capability across store teams.
We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity. We are committed to ensuring an inclusive and equitable workplace where all of our employees can Come as They Are. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.
Your Impact
Lead visual merchandising execution across an assigned portfolio of UGG retail locations, adapting global and regional direction to store architecture, product availability, customer profiles, and local market needs.
Develop and manage the area visual execution calendar, coordinating seasonal rotations, windows, interiors, mannequin styling, campaign imagery, signage, fixtures, launches, openings, remodels, and special projects.
Conduct regular market visits and execution reviews, identifying opportunities, resolving gaps, and reinforcing consistent UGG brand presentation.
Leverage sales performance, sell-through, inventory, traffic, product priorities, and other business indicators to identify visual opportunities and recommend actions that support commercial objectives.
Partner with Store and District Managers to translate business priorities into effective product placement, outfitting, adjacencies, floor-plan adjustments, and product storytelling.
Evaluate visual initiatives and business-reactive changes, sharing insights and recommendations that strengthen product productivity, execution, and the consumer experience.
Coach and train store teams on styling, storytelling, visual standards, and ongoing maintenance, helping build capabilities that sustain strong execution between market visits.
Partner with Visual Experience leadership and cross-functional teams to share market insights, best practices, execution trends, and risks while recommending solutions that improve consistency and commercial impact.
Who You Are
Bring 5–7 years of progressive visual merchandising experience in premium footwear, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail, including experience supporting multiple locations or a high-volume flagship environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Experienced in translating global or regional brand direction into compelling, effective store-level visual execution.
Proven track record of leading seasonal installations, visual rotations, product launches, and merchandising initiatives across multiple locations.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use sales performance, sell-through, inventory, and product insights to inform visual merchandising decisions.
Advanced knowledge of product presentation, mannequin styling, color, outfitting, fixture utilization, and commercial floor planning.
Skilled communicator, coach, and relationship builder who can influence partners and drive execution without direct authority.
Highly organized and able to balance competing priorities, coordinate timelines, and manage multiple locations and initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently, adapting quickly, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced, field-based retail environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and visual planning or collaboration tools.
Able to travel frequently within the U.S. and occasionally work evenings, early mornings, weekends, or holidays to support installations, launches, and peak business periods.
Relevant training or certifications in visual merchandising, styling, space planning, retail leadership, or project management are a plus.
