Home Health/Hospice Sales Executive

Position Responsibilities:

· Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.

· Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.

· Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.

· Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.

Requirements

• · Hospice OR Home Health Sales experience required.
• · Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• · Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• · Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• · Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• · Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.
