***This role requires regular travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, including out-of-state travel.***
About You
Building strong client relationships is important to you. You enjoy serving as a trusted advisor and bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing complex facilities, projects, and operational initiatives.
As a Regional Property Manager supporting a single-owner portfolio across the Pacific Northwest, you will play a key role in overseeing operational performance, maintenance programs, capital projects, and vendor partnerships across a diverse network of facilities.
Unlike a traditional commercial property management role, this position does not focus on lease administration, lease negotiations, rent collection, tenant relations, or CAM reconciliations. Instead, you will support a single client’s real estate and facilities objectives through operational excellence, strategic project oversight, and continuous improvement.
From managing service contracts and capital improvements to conducting site assessments and recommending facility enhancements, you’ll have the opportunity to work across unique properties and projects that directly support the client’s business operations.
Regular travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, including out-of-state travel, is required. A fleet vehicle will be provided for out-of-state travel.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client, field personnel, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day facility and property operations across an assigned portfolio of owner-occupied assets.
Manage service contracts and vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Support annual budget planning, forecasting, and financial oversight for operating and capital expenditures.
Lead and coordinate capital improvement, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
Conduct property inspections and facility assessments, identifying opportunities to improve asset condition, functionality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Provide strategic recommendations supporting the client’s long-term real estate and facilities objectives.
What you will bring:
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, property operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing multi-site portfolios and coordinating operations across geographically dispersed locations.
- Demonstrated success overseeing capital improvement, renovation, and construction projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using real estate, facilities management, or work-order management platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the Pacific Northwest, including out of state.
- Clear motor vehicle record (MVR). A fleet vehicle will be provided for out-of-state travel.
- Bonus Skills and Experience: Construction or project management experience.
- Facilities management experience supporting operational or industrial environments.
- Experience managing large-scale maintenance, infrastructure, or modernization projects.
- Experience leading teams, contractors, or vendor relationships across multiple locations.
- CPM or similar professional designation.
- Make your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
- Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
- Direct applicants only please, no agencies.
