Human Resources Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Support on-site HR functions, including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting with investigations, and advising personnel actions.

Provide guidance to Site Manager on creating and updating site policies and procedures.

Manage online databases (SharePoint, StepQ) for document access, uploads, and data export; provide on-site IT support as needed.

Facilitate new hire orientation.

Conduct monthly check-ins with all associates.

Required Qualification: Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions.

Excellent organizational and computer skills.

Proficient in a quality management system.

Fluent in reading and writing English.

Must be U.S. Citizen.

1+ years of human resources experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace industry experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This position requires access to ITAR-controlled technical data and/or defense articles. As such, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) to comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
