Requirements
- Active real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Coachable and willing to follow proven systems and scripts
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
- Organized and able to manage tasks using a CRM
- Ability to work independently while participating in team training and coaching
- Professional appearance and conduct when working with clients
