Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The RN Prompt Care protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the registered nurse licensure. Collaborating with providers and multi-disciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients,riends, and families. Mentors assigned team members and promotes best practices. Maintains professional disposition at all times.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates
- Licensure/ Certifications: IL or MI RN License RN license in current state.
- American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
- Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: BSN
- Experience: Prompt Care or Emergency Department
- License/Certifications: ACLS
