Position Summary 📦 We’re Hiring: Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech III 🏥 ORMC Surgical Supplies | ☀️ 1st Shift Join Orlando Health and help keep our surgical teams equipped with the supplies they need to support exceptional patient care!

🔹 What You’ll Do 📦 Manage and replenish inventory within OR and specialty supply areas 📊 Monitor inventory, utilization, and par levels using Lawson, Epic, and Excel 🚚 Process requisitions, receive shipments, and track/expedite orders 🤝 Partner with vendors, purchasing, nursing, and clinical teams to resolve supply needs 🏷️ Maintain organized supply areas, labeling systems, and order guides 🔄 Assist with product conversions, substitutions, recalls, and special-order supplies 📈 Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and

reduce costs 🩺 Review procedural schedules to anticipate implants and special supply needs ✅ Qualifications 🎓 High school diploma or GED required 🚗 Valid driver’s license required 📦 4 years of related inventory management experience required 💻 Familiarity with automated Supply Chain systems 📊 Computer proficiency, including Word, Outlook, and Excel 🏬 Warehouse organization and operational experience preferred An Associate’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience, and a Bachelor’s degree may substitute
